Briana founded the Bladen County Starz organization in 2022, and under her leadership, it has grown into a successful and competitive travel softball program. While she handles much of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the team running, her true passion lies in being on the field with the players.
Briana is dedicated to helping each girl grow in skill, confidence, and character—both on and off the field. She emphasizes team chemistry and individual development, always focusing on preparing the girls not just for the game, but for life beyond the diamond.
A former multi-sport athlete, Briana played volleyball at Campbell University and has carried her competitive spirit into coaching. She is deeply grateful for the journey and gives all thanks to God for the growth and success of the Starz program.
