Coach Briana is dedicated to helping each girl grow in skill, confidence, and character—both on and off the field. She emphasizes team chemistry and individual development, always focusing on preparing the girls not just for the game, but for life beyond the diamond.

Coach Chris brings a strong foundation of leadership, experience, and passion to the Bladen County Starz coaching staff. As one of the original coaches when the Starz program was founded in 2022, Coach Carroll has been instrumental in building a culture rooted in discipline, development, and character—on and off the field.

Coach Cara is a dedicated travel softball coach with the Bladen County Starz, bringing Christ centered passion, purpose, and a people-first mindset to the field. With two years of coaching experience and a lifelong connection to sports, Cara is committed to developing the whole athlete—on and off the field.
Coach Nathan Matheson
A former football and baseball player at Bladenboro High School, Coach Nathan focuses on teaching fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship while fostering a positive and supportive environment for all players.
