A former high school softball and basketball player, Cara understands the discipline, resilience, and teamwork it takes to succeed in competitive sports. Her coaching philosophy goes beyond drills and game days—focusing equally on character, confidence, and life skills that shape young athletes for success far beyond the diamond.
Off the field, Cara is a proud mom and wife who loves spending time at the lake and camping with her family. Her approachable style and genuine care for her players have made her a trusted mentor and a positive force in the Bladen County softball community.
